Parents are their children's first storytellers. Liz Weir will give you tips on the best sort of stories to tell and on how to make your own storytelling more interesting. You will get lots of ideas for those bedtime stories or quiet moments.
Liz will inspire you with easy but effective methods to help make the most of time with your young children, to tell stories, talk and read together. You'll hear plenty of stories too!
Liz Weir is a storyteller and author based in County Antrim. She has been telling stories for over 40 years and many parents will remember her on sharing tales on RTE's The Morbegs. She has published two children's story collections Boom Chicka Boom and Here, There and Everywhere with matching CDs (The O'Brien Press) and wrote the Together in the Park cartoons for The Early Years Organisation which were on themes of respecting difference.
